At Chilly Towel we aim to set the highest standard with the postage of our products, delivered to your door 2 - 5 days.

Shipping starts off at $8.50 within Australia. 

Should you wish to purchase more than two Chilly Towels, the postage cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Returns

Chilly Towel is happy to offer a flexible approach for Returns & Replacements:

If Products Arrive Damaged:

Chilly Towel is confident you will be delighted with your item, but should there be a fault with the product or damage through shipping, you are able to return the product to Chilly Towel. (Postage costs will be refunded to the customer and a replacement will be sent at no further cost.)

If rectifying the product requires a replacement, a new one will be sent at no additional cost.

Returned Product:

Returned product must be in the container and packaged accordingly to the postal address, as shown below:
